The Consolidated Monthly Scorecard Report provides a monthly overview scorecard for all units with customizable filters. This is the go-to report for a complete picture of how every location is performing across all your KPIs.

What It Shows

• A grid layout with units as columns and KPIs as rows
• Monthly values for each unit on every configured KPI
• Color-coding based on performance thresholds (green/yellow/red)
• KPI groups organize metrics into logical categories

How to Access

1. Navigate to Global Reports from the left-hand menu
2. Select Consolidated Monthly Scorecard Report
3. Choose the month and year
4. Apply filters for specific segments, units, or KPI groups as needed

Tips

• Use KPI groups to focus on specific categories (Financial, Operational, Customer) rather than viewing everything at once
• Export or embed this report for franchise owner review meetings
• Compare month-over-month by running the report for consecutive months
