The Consolidated Monthly Scorecard Report provides a monthly overview scorecard for all units with customizable filters. This is the go-to report for a complete picture of how every location is performing across all your KPIs.

What It Shows

Which KPIs Appear Here

Four settings each independently control whether a KPI shows up on a scorecard. A KPI has to satisfy all four — miss any one and the row disappears with no warning.

  1. Report KPI Group — the KPI must belong to a group that's linked to your user group. This is the most common cause right after a new KPI is created.
  2. Include in Scorecard — the toggle under Reporting Inclusion in the KPI edit screen.
  3. KPI Reporting Periods — must be Monthly or Both for this report. Left on Off, the KPI won't appear on any scorecard no matter how good its data is.
  4. KPI Category — scorecards group rows into category sections, so a KPI with no category has nowhere to render.

A KPI that satisfies all four but has no data still appears, showing a dash. So a missing row means one of these four settings is off, while a row of dashes means a data problem. Running Data Points into KPIs has the full troubleshooting walkthrough.
