The Main Info page allows you to configure and manage your organization's foundational settings, integrations, reporting options, and display preferences.

Note: Most options are not available and do not appear for regular users. They need to be changed by support at Fran Metrics.

Configuration Options

• Name — The name of the organization
• Description (optional) — A brief description of your organization
• Tags (optional) — Tags for categorization
• Web Manuals URL (optional) — Link to external documentation or manuals

Evaluations & Reporting

• Monthly Reporting — Enable/disable monthly report generation
• Weekly Reporting — Enable/disable weekly report generation
• 4-Weeks Period Reporting — Enable/disable 4-week period-based reporting
• Dashboard Configuration — Customize your organization's dashboard layout

Access & Reports

• Access Tokens — Allows for the embedding of reports for external stakeholders
• Franchise Units Groups Comparison Report — Report to compare locations not set up in segmentation
