Global Reports give you a bird's-eye view of performance across your entire organization. Instead of looking at one unit at a time, Global Reports aggregate and compare data across all (or selected) units.

What Are Global Reports?

Global Reports are organization-level dashboards that pull together data from all your connected units. They allow you to:

• Compare performance across locations side-by-side
• View aggregated totals and averages
• Identify top and bottom performers
• Track trends over time across your portfolio
• Export and share reports with stakeholders

Report Types

Fran Metrics supports several report views:

• Scorecard Reports — The primary report format showing KPIs across units in a tabular scorecard
• Trend Reports — Visualize how metrics change over time
• Comparison Reports — Side-by-side unit comparisons
• Custom Reports — Build reports using the fields and KPIs you've configured

Viewing Reports

1. Navigate to Reports in the main menu
2. Select the report type and time period
