The Evaluations feature in Fran Metrics lets you build custom assessment forms, score your franchise locations on qualitative criteria, and feed those scores directly into your reports alongside financial and operational data.

What Are Evaluations?

Evaluations are customizable scoring forms for criteria that aren't captured by your financial or POS integrations — things like operational compliance, brand standards, and customer experience quality. Common use cases include:

• Site visit checklists — Score locations during in-person visits
• Operational compliance audits — Verify adherence to franchise standards
• Brand standards reviews — Check signage, cleanliness, merchandising
• Customer experience assessments — Rate service quality, wait times, ambiance
• Training completion tracking — Document and score training milestones
• Self-evaluations — Let franchisees score themselves before a supervisor visit

Custom Evaluation Names (New!)

You can now customize what your Evaluations are called to match your internal language — "Site Visit," "Audit," "Brand Review," or anything else. Set it in Organization Settings and the term appears throughout the platform.
