The Consolidated Dashboard gives you a high-level snapshot of unit performance and major KPIs through interactive visual widgets. It's the first thing many admins check each day.
Dashboard Widgets
The dashboard offers a dynamic view of your data through various interactive widgets. Each widget type provides a distinct visualization for actionable insights:
- Line Chart — Perfect for viewing performance trends over time. Shows how a metric moves month over month or week over week.
- Bar Chart — Compare values across categories or units clearly. Ideal for side-by-side KPI comparisons.
- Stacked Bar Chart — Visualize parts of a whole across multiple categories. Useful when you want to see how different sub-metrics contribute to a total.
- Month-To-Date (MTD) — Displays the current month's metrics up to the present date. Great for tracking progress toward monthly goals.
- Doughnut Chart (MTD) — Circular layout for presenting MTD values in a visually digestible way.
- Pie Chart (MTD) — Classic pie visualization of MTD metrics for easy proportional analysis.
Setting Up Dashboard Widgets
To configure your dashboard:
- Navigate to Global Reports → Consolidated Dashboard
- Click on the widget configuration area
- Select the widget type (Bar, Line, Stacked Bar, MTD, Pie, or Doughnut)
- Choose the KPI(s) to display
- Set the time period and units to include
- Save the configuration
Each widget can be independently configured with different KPIs, time ranges, and unit selections.
