For Admins: Connecting QuickBooks Online

Key Steps
Step 1: Verify Admin Permissions
- Ensure you are an admin of both Fran Metrics and QuickBooks Online.
- Basic users can connect if given permission, but must still be QuickBooks Online admins. They must follow the Basic User steps below.
Step 2: Access Settings in Fran Metrics
- Log in to Fran Metrics.
- Click the paper and pencil icon to the right of your logo to open organization settings in the left-hand toolbar.
Step 3: Locate P&L Status Section
- Scroll down and open the Unit Configuration setting folder.
- Open the P&L data subfolder.
- Click the P&L Status button to populate your unit locations.
Step 4: Connect to QuickBooks Online
- Look for the Connect to QuickBooks button next to the location you are trying to connect to.
- Click the button to initiate the connection.
