What Can I Do as a Basic User?

As a basic user, you have access to:

You do not have access to organization settings, unit configuration, mapping setup, KPI configuration, or user management. Those are handled by your organization's admin.


Step 1: Log In

Go to app.franmetrics.com/v2 and sign in with the credentials your admin provided. If you don't have login credentials yet, reach out to your organization admin or contact us at [email protected].


Step 2: Connect QuickBooks Online

This is usually the first thing you'll do. Connecting QBO lets Fran Metrics pull in your financial data automatically.
