Everything you need to get started as a basic user in Fran Metrics — no admin access required.

What Can I Do as a Basic User?

As a basic user, you have access to:

• Connect your QuickBooks Online account to sync financial data
• Import P&L data manually if needed
• View reports — scorecards, trends, dashboards, and more
• Use FRAN (AI Chat) to ask questions about your report data
• Complete evaluations — self-evaluations and assigned site visit forms
• View embedded reports shared via access token links

You do not have access to organization settings, unit configuration, mapping setup, KPI configuration, or user management. Those are handled by your organization's admin.

Step 1: Log In

Go to app.franmetrics.com/v2 and sign in with the credentials your admin provided. If you don't have login credentials yet, reach out to your organization admin or contact us at [email protected].

Step 2: Connect QuickBooks Online

This is usually the first thing you'll do. Connecting QBO lets Fran Metrics pull in your financial data automatically.
