A Data Point is a single piece of data pulled from one of your connected sources. For example:

A KPI is a calculated metric that provides meaningful insight into your business. KPIs are often derived from one or more data points. For example:
Each KPI can now be assigned its own Primary Benchmark โ Median, Average, or Goal โ that controls how scorecard comparisons are calculated for that KPI. This replaces the older org-wide single-benchmark approach and gives you per-metric flexibility. Set it on each KPI in Organization Settings โ KPI Settings.
